IN-STUDIO PROP ACCESS

Unlimited access to House props anytime you are shooting at the studio. Excludes specialty prop items*

LOCATION PROP ACCESS

A convenient one-time fee gives you access to everything in our prop room to take with you on location. Excludes specialty prop items*.

WHITE SET

Our premium White Set, where dishes are separately packed and stored as one of our *exclusive specialty prop items, perfect for a cookbook or other specialty shoot.

INDIVIDUAL PROP ITEMS  

Don’t need our entire inventory, no problem! Rent one or several pieces as needed.

PROP PULLING FEE 

Have The House pull prop items for your shoot whether it be in-House or on-location. Items pulled will be prepped and cleaned. For in-House rentals items will be laid out for the day of your shoot. Location shoots will be packed in boxes with necessary padding and protection for travel.

PROP RESTOCKING FEE 

Return the props back to the studio in the boxes we sent them out in or leave them in your bay and we will put everything away for you.

PROP SHOPPING   

Know what you need? Make your list, check it twice and send it off to The House, we will have the items shopped and prepped for your shoot. This may include returning items unused and all the legwork that is involved.

DELIVERY AND PICK-UP  

With a 20-mile radius of The House Studios, we will load and unload props at your shoot location. Packing and unpacking items are available as well for prices listed above.

Damaged or missing items are subject to additional charges. Please report all damages to House Staff as soon as possible.
